I am an Arena International Master (AIM) with over 10 years of experience working with young chess players. Over the years, I have helped students strengthen their tactical vision, deepen their strategic understanding, and compete with greater confidence in tournaments.
Based in the UAE, I teach students of all levels at Sep7Ro, from beginners learning the fundamentals to competitive players preparing for serious events. My lessons are structured and demanding, but always delivered with patience and calm guidance. I encourage students to think independently, calculate carefully, and take responsibility for their decisions on the board.
I teach exclusively in English and I am currently trying to learn a bit of Romanian, although the students still seem to be the better teachers in that area.
For me, chess is more than a subject I teach. It is my main passion outside the classroom. I study regularly, follow competitive events, and continuously refine my understanding of the game so I can bring fresh ideas and practical experience into every lesson.
