Who
English speaking children. AgeS 6 to 12. Speaking Romanian is not required to participate.
Where
On Zoom, from a computer, tablet, or phone. Lessons can be followed from any location.

From home, on vacation, or in the car or anywhere with a stable internet connection.

Every class is unique, adapted to the group’s level, age, and pace.
Structure
Exercises, live games, analysis, and interactive homework. We host a mini-tournament every month.
Bonus
Parents are welcome to learn alongside their kids without actively taking part in the class.
Curriculum
The complete program is split into logical modules, each with clear learning objectives.
Chess basics
Board and pieces, how each piece moves, and the aim of the game. Kids learn board recognition, move notation, and their first checkmate.
Strategy fundamentals
Center control, piece development, and king safety. Children learn to think strategically.
Essential tactics
Forks, pins, double attacks, and discovered checks. First combinations and 2-move mates.
Opening play
Opening principles, quick development, connecting the rooks. Building a solid plan in the first moves.
Endgame play
Mate with king & queen, mate with king & rook, promoted pawns, simplification techniques, and draws.
Analysis & competition
Studying famous games, critical thinking, and tournament preparation. Students build confidence and discipline.
