I’m Cami, a WIM (Woman International Master) three-time Romanian Junior Champion and chess teacher with around 9 years of online teaching experience. I teach in English, Italian and Romanian, and I have worked with hundreds of students of different ages and levels from many countries.
As a player, I won three Romanian Junior Champion titles and a gold medal with my team at the European Under 18 Championships. These experiences helped me understand chess not only as a competition, but also as a beautiful way to develop discipline, patience, confidence and clear thinking.
As a teacher, I have taught chess online to hundreds of students, from beginners to more advanced players. I have also taught chess in kindergartens, schools and high schools, so I am used to adapting my lessons to the age, personality and level of each student. My goal is to help every child understand chess step by step and enjoy the process of improving.
Outside of chess, I enjoy Latin American dancing, gardening and swimming. I like working with students from different cultures, and I believe chess is a wonderful language that connects people from all over the world.
